Shop Metrics — Terms of Service (EULA)

Last updated: September 20, 2026 · Operated by StreamlineSMB / TillCount · Contact: [email protected]

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shop Metrics application ("the App"), including its Sweet Aloha Metrics internal deployment and any Daily Reports service operated under the myshopmetrics.app domain. By installing, connecting, or using the App with your Clover account, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the App Does

The App connects to your Clover point-of-sale system and reads sales data (orders, payments, merchant details, and employee records) in order to generate daily sales summaries, trend reports, and — where subscribed — emailed daily reports. The App is read-only: it never modifies, creates, or deletes data in your Clover system.

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your business's internal reporting purposes, for the duration of an active subscription (if applicable) or while your app connection remains authorized. You may not resell, reverse-engineer, or use the App to provide competing reporting services.

4. Data Handling

The App stores the sales data it retrieves on servers controlled by the operator, used solely to provide the reporting features to you. We do not sell, share, or disclose your business data to third parties, except as required by law. You may disconnect the App at any time through your Clover dashboard, after which data collection stops. Requesting deletion of stored data is available by contacting [email protected].

5. Employee Data

Where the App accesses employee names, IDs, or shift information, it does so solely to attribute sales and tips in reports visible to the merchant account holder. Employee data is not used for employment decisions by the operator and is not shared outside the reporting service.

6. No Guarantee of Service

The App is provided "as is." While we aim for high availability and accurate reporting, we do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free data. Sales figures generated by the App are derived from your Clover system and should be verified against Clover's own reports for accounting or tax purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising from the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and revoke its access at any time via your Clover account. The operator may suspend or terminate the service for violation of these Terms or non-payment of applicable subscription fees.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
